if CUPS and Samba is configured correctly then in windows box do this.

for Windows 2000 and above (Note: Windows 9x does not support IPP)

1. go to Start>Printer and Faxes> Add printer
2. click next > choose network printer or a printer attached to another computer
3. select connect to a printer on the internet or on a home or office network
4. in URL type "http://yourIPaddress:631/printers/printername" or "http://hostname:631/printers/printername"
(NOTE: use IP address if your using a static IP and hostname if Dynamic. To avoid confusion go to your PCLinuxOS box
configuration>KDE>peripherals>printers. click on the printer you want to share and look for the URI(at the end of the URI (after "/printers")
thats your printername be sure you type it correctly and watch out for Big/small letters and the word after "IPP:" and before ":" is yout
