I’m a little late getting this out due to helping get the quarterly update iso’s prepared due out toward the end of the month. The quarterly updated isos will get an updated kernel, ext4 support and all the updated applications and desktops. These will be the final updates for 2009 release. The next isos 2010 release due before the end of the year will feature updated toolchain glibc/gcc. Anyway here are the latest updates to the PCLinuxOS repositories over the past week.

Arora is still broken with sites that need SSL, typically Yahoo mail. I read somewhere that openssl needs to be bumped up to 1.0 or something for it to work. Is it possible to request that in the next update? I miss using Arora as the primary browser, especially since its so much leaner and meaner than Firefox
